Tools for Remote Coaching in Tennis

A lot of tennis clubs are closing down due to Covid-19 and this is going to bring a big strain on many coaches who are self employed around the world.

We’ve put this article together as a useful resource to help coaches who are looking for solutions to coach remotely and continue generating revenue.

Training Tools

TeamSnap is a great free service that allows you to manage multiple athletes.

Communication Tools

Zoom is a fantastic tool that you can use for 1 – 1 coaching sessions. It is absolutely free for 1-1 and allows you to do group sessions for 40 mins for free. After that there is a premium service.

Skype is another alternative but we have not found it as stable as Zoom has been.

Analytics Tools

40Love.ai allows you to analyse tennis matches of your players. Including smart filters to watch points like – errors into the net on the forehand. If you’d like to use 40Love.ai to offer analytics services to players please get in touch with us (filip@40love.ai).

Course Creating Tool

Udemy is a fantastic service that allows you to create and record courses that can be bought by players. Create your own course and start sharing your knowledge with the world.

Website Builders

Squarespace is a great service for putting together your first website. They have a number of templates that you can drag and drop to build your website.

Wix.com is like Squarespace and offers the same functionality.

WordPress is for more advanced websites. Nearly 30% of all websites in the world are built with WordPress. Here you can build nearly any tip of website via Themeforest.com.

We hope these resources are helpful to you and if you think we should add any more please let us know via the comments section below.

If you have any questions around any of these tools we are happy to help. Feel free to email me on filip@trybreakpoint.com
